For some of our clients that are a little further away from us geographically, we have implemented a remote desktop support system that will allow us to work on your system from remote, as long as you can get connected to the internet and open up a web browser. We do charge for this service on an individual basis, but we also bundle it into service contracts for many of our clients. This can save a lot of downtime for customers, especially if we recognize the problem over the phone and feel we can fix it quickly through a remote connection. It becomes a win win situation for both - you the customer - and our support staff.
